Collaboration with artist Maureen Cummins

Newark, 1967: A Narrative in Black and White; 2020; silkscreen on graphic board. In this project I made use of period photographs (from my family and the press) as well as a diversity of oral histories to tell the story of the six days of civil unrest that is commonly referred to as the Newark Riots.
